FROM THE SOUTH

Exit the A1M off at junction 60 signposted Sedgefield and turn right onto the A689, after 2miles you’ll come to a large roundabout where you need to take the first exit signposted Durham onto the A177.
You immediately come to another roundabout that you must go straight over. You’ll pass Harwick Hall on your left and continue past knotty hill golf course on your left.

As you come down a gentle hill you’ll see signposting and a left turn for Bishop Middleham, take this left and continue past a farm on your left. The road goes down a hill and bends to the left (there maybe a seasonal lake on your right!). Once you are at the bottom of the hill indicate right and turn on to the private tarmac road our signage should be clear. Go up the tarmac road to the big metal gates and go right onto our gravel road you’ll see the farm buildings infront of you.
