Our right not to supply
We reserve the right to not supply goods or proceed with an order for the following reasons:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
Where possible we will contact you to offer an alternative arrangement
We reserve the right to susbstitute meats or products of an equivalant quality and value.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the produce ordered.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any item we will happily refund or replace it. However we cannot accept any liability in cases where the goods are delivered in accordance with your request but not adequately stored from that point.
How to Order
Once you have browsed our website and made a note of the products you wish to order, please give us a call on 0191 3771428 and we will take your payment over the phone.
Where possible meat will be delivered chilled but some cuts may be frozen.
All orders (perishable and non-perishable) will be delivered in 3-5 working days.
Farnless Farm Park delivers between the hours of 8am and 6pm. This time period may vary during busy periods such as Christmas.
Farnless Farm Park delivers to the UK Mainland ONLY. Due to our goods being perishable we are unable to offer our goods for delivery abroad.
Please inform us of any alternative instructions for your delivery when placing your order. It is ideal if you would be at home to sign and approve of your delivery. However you may also have your meat delivered to your work, to a friend or neighbour or suggest a safe secure place where it may be left safe.
A delivery charge of £12 per delivery address applies for all meat orders.
We take orders over the telephone, and will require your payment details when you place an order so please have them ready.
Credit Card Security
All credit card details are handled via encrypted communications through our online transaction partners. We do not handle or store any credit card details on our system, nor do we ever request personal or credit card details from customers by email.

We only deliver throughout Mainland UK
All orders carry a standard delivery cost of £12.
Packaging and Weights
We aim to provide a cut of meat as close to the weights detailed on the website as possible. We will send you a confirmatory email when your order is ready for despatch.
When you place your order you will be asked to give clear instructions where we can securely leave the parcel if you are not at home when the courier arrives, i.e. with a neighbour, in the garage or porch etc. Alternatively we can deliver to your work address if that is more convenient for you. Please ensure you provide a daytime telephone / mobile number so that we can call or notify you or the person at the delivery address if we need clarification when delivering your order.
Delivery queries or concerns
Please inform us by calling 0191 3771428 or email email@example.com, as soon as possible if your order is not delivered when expected.
Due to the fresh nature of the products we cannot accept returns or refund purchases when our carrier is unable to deliver in the event that no one is available to accept the order and no alternative delivery instructions can be carried out. This can be avoided by ensuring you have given clear instructions when placing your order.
We are committed to providing you with the best produce – but, if for any reason our meat does not arrive in perfect condition, or you are unhappy with any part of your order please inform us within 24 hours of acceptance of delivery. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund. Please inform us by calling 0191 3771428 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, as soon as possible.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us by phone or email no later than 24 hours from placing your order.
Out of Stock Items
Although we make every effort to ensure we can offer the whole range of organic meat and cuts, sometimes we will not have some options, either due to seasonality or demand. If this is the case and one of the items you have ordered is not in stock we will inform you immediately so you can choose an alternative option or cancel the order.
